Consolidation of the Weekly Reports of the CEO Long Carbon LATAM and CEO ArcelorMittal.

Management and Directors' cost management.

Achievements:

  • Invited to be the company's New Culture Ambassador during this cultural evolution. The company understood, through an internal study, that it needed to change some aspects of its culture to adapt to the new global job market and I was recognised as someone who already had these new expected behaviours and who manages to influence others.


Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

Fleet Management of over 40 cars, managing the maintenance, expenses, and controlling the main KPIs such as average expenses, fuel consumption, driven KMs, maintenance cost, vehicle availability, the incidence of fines, etc.

Sales Management, being responsible for issuing invoices for the sales of wood harvested in each property through SAP and controlling the quantity sold.

Production Management, being responsible for paying for all wood harvesting services and controlling all production, such as the amount harvested on each property, by each producer, and by each harvesting partner company.

Budgetary control of each producer and company active in the production of charcoal.

Achievements:

  • Fleet Management: creation of a Power BI dashboard to better visualise and control the Fleet's data. The management was done through basic Excel spreadsheets, not allowing easy access to the Fleet's data and not having the proper KPIs. With the Power BI, they could see it all, identifying misuse of several cars.

  • Sales Management: automation of the invoice issuance process through SAP Scripting and VBA. The process was extremely manual and repetitive, costing lots of hours per day, and with the script, it was reduced to minutes.

  • Production Management: creation of a Power BI dashboard, allowing the supervisors to see the evolution of the harvest in each property and the expenses referring to it. It reduced a lot of internal errors that had been occurring due to misinformation.

  • Promotion: my work was recognised and I was promoted, being transferred to another city.


Supply Chain Intern

Responsibilities:

Negotiation of mechanical and electrical assembly services, material handling, machinery, and equipment rental, as well as contract negotiation to reduce costs, with the creation of sales orders and contracts in SAP.

Contractual Management: drafting and additives with direct interface with the Legal Department;

Data analysis and report consolidation of the amount of raw material bought and amount used for each contract, with reports in advanced functions in Excel, extracted from SAP BW.

Invoice Processing in SAP NFE-10.

Achievements:

  • First professional opportunity in my area and I was able to lead the renegotiation of the plant's waste disposal contract with a 15% reduction in the annual cost.

  • Improvement in the recognition processes of XMLs by SAP NFe with suppliers, bringing an immense gain in efficiency in the processing of invoices, saving hours of work every day.

  • Hired: my work was recognized and I was hired as a permanent worker.
